Welcome to Strangeways Studios ("Company"). By accessing and downloading any music files from our website, you ("User") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). Please read them carefully.

1. Provision of Music Files

• The Company provides music files ("Files") for the purpose of allowing Users to demo and evaluate the Files during the creative process.
• These Files are provided in good faith and are intended solely for evaluation purposes.

2. Permitted Use

• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to download and use the Files strictly for internal evaluation.
• The Files may not be used in any public-facing media, online posts, broadcasts, or any other form of distribution or public circulation without securing a proper license from the Company.

3. Prohibited Use

• Users may not use the Files in any final production, commercial project, or public display until a license agreement is secured from the Company.
• Users may not distribute, share, sublicense, or otherwise make the Files available to any third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

• All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Files, including copyrights, remain the exclusive property of the Company.
• No ownership rights are transferred to the User through the downloading or use of the Files.

5. Good Faith Usage

• Users acknowledge that the provision of the Files is based on trust and good faith.
• Users agree to respect the Company's rights and to refrain from any unauthorized use of the Files.

6. Termination

• The Company reserves the right to terminate access to the Files at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Files are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall the Company be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Files, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

• The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Company's website, and continued use of the Files constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
